Personal Protective Equipment is required for the plant tour; please wear your own hard hat, boots & eye protection.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Step 1: Call Hotel to book room.

Call the Deerhurst Resort Reservations Department at 1-800-461-4393 to book your room.
Identify yourself as being with the Concrete Precasters Association of Ontario group to obtain the group rate.

Step 2: Complete CPA Convention Registration Form.

Navigate to the "Convention Registration Form" below
- Enter the name of member.
- Select one of three category-plans (Full Registration, Spouse/Domestic Partner Registration or Exhibitor Registration)
- Select the addons required (Exhibit Space, Electricity, Plant Tour, Banquet Dinner)
Based on the details entered, the "Total Due" column will reflect the price for the member.
You can use the "Add Member" button to add more members. The Final amount for all members will be shown under "Grand Total"
Choose mode of payment:-
- Payment via Cheque, enter your cheque number.
- Payment via eTransfer, enter your transaction number.
- Payment via Credit Card, fill the details of your credit card.

If you chose the mode of payment as cheque, you can mail the cheque to:-
